Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to track your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote UK locations may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe following dispatch.

Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in unused, as-new condition, complete with all original packaging.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@eyecandyco.co.uk before returning it so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Faulty items: Return postage costs will be covered by us.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
